Participants can navigate the platform with ease, finding studies aligned with their interests and demographic profiles. Delven employs a matching system that aligns user information with study eligibility criteria, ensuring that participants are presented with studies that offer a high likelihood of acceptance. Should any discrepancies arise, users are prompted to verify their information or arrange discussions with researchers to clarify participation requirements.

Upon approval, participants undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, which details the study's objectives and expectations. Studies may encompass various components, allowing participants the flexibility to complete tasks online or in person at their convenience within the designated timeframe.

From a data security standpoint, Delven prioritizes participant privacy. Distinct from other organizations, Delven does not profit from selling user data. The platform serves solely as a conduit between researchers and participants, ensuring that data ownership remains with individuals. Moreover, participants receive appropriate compensation when opting to share their data with research teams and retain the right to withdraw from studies at any point.

Delven places a high emphasis on safeguarding participant interests.
